Constitution to Nature

Join Rangers Jessica and Katy to learn about the U.S. Constitution, oak-gall ink, and practice your penmanship skills using the ink and a feather quill!

In celebration of Independence Day, we will learn about the oak-gull ink used to sign the U.S. Constitution and the Declaration of Independence. You will have a chance to write your own version of the Preamble (with a nature twist) using oak-gull ink and a feather quill!

Meet: Amphitheater behind the Discovery Center
Bring: Your family, drinking water, sun protection and creativity!
Cost: Free with park admission; Adults: $7, Children 12 & under: Free
