March 25, 2023, 10 am-2 pm: Monarch and Friends Pollinator Fiesta

As part of the 100-year celebration of the Texas State Parks system, Guadalupe River State Park celebrated the migration of the Monarchs with a fun and informative morning and afternoon full of activities. The amazing Monarch butterfly and our essential pollinators were showcased at the event by some of the leading organizations for family fun and outdoor adventures.  Participants learned more about these amazing creatures and how ordinary citizens can help them thrive.
